Anya Taylor-Joy

Allya Taylor Joy was born the 16th of April, 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. Her father is Argentine, of Scottish-English descent. Her mother is Spanish as well as English heritage. Taylor Joy also has 4 siblings, one in each parent's previous marriages. Family was within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was 6 years old, then moved to Victoria district of London. Taylor Joy stated that moving from Buenos Aires to Victoria was difficult and she did not take the time to learn English and was hoping to go back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to enroll her. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School, where she took dance classes and appeared in productions. At the age of 16 she left the school and pursued a career as an actress full time. Taylor-Joy's dream to become an acting star began in the early years of her life. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first person who hired her to be an experienced model.
