Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was from Miami Florida. Her mother is English one-half Spanish. Parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. His father is an Argentine with Scottish as well as English roots. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four siblings. One of them is from each of her parents' prior marriages. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned six, after which the family relocated to Victoria in London. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was very traumatic. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she was required to attend after switching from Northlands. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school productions. She quit high school when she was 16 in order to pursue an acting career. Taylor-Joy was born to be an actor from a young age. She realized her dream when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
