Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. The girl is English half Spanish. The parents of her include Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. She is the daughter of an Argentinean who has Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish as well as English. Taylor-Joy, who is youngest of five children, four were born to Taylor's father's previous marriage. They were originally from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to after switching from Northlands. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. When she was 16 she left school to pursue a profession as an actress full time. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to work as an actor. Her dream was granted a chance by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her the opportunity to model.
