Harry Edward Styles, known to the world of music by the name of Harry Styles, is a British singer and composer, recognized as being a part of the band One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on February 1, 1994. He is the child of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own musical band with 3 schoolmates, which he called the White Eskimo. White Eskimo won 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. Even though he had always expressed an interest in the music world, despite his passion for it, he wished to be a lawyer or an physiotherapist. In the past, he was employed for a short time in a bakeshop within his town to help people financially in the home. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) during the auditions in 2010 for The X Factor. This was the reason the band split up. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the band to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. The creation of the group was a fact in 2010, and the five members were supported by Simon Cowell. The group was backed by Simon Cowell. They performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were among the most competitive groups in the contest. Despite this, they finished third, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles was not the winner. Cowell had paid 2,000,000 pounds in a contract for One Direction.
