Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician from England. He was one of the members of One Direction. Parents include Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was born on the 1st of February 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. There, along with three schoolmates, he founded his own band, White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their impressive performances they were winners. Although he has always expressed an interest in the music world however, despite his love for it, he wished to pursue a career as a lawyer and physical therapist. Part-time work in a city bakery was his first job to earn money for the family. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition in which he performed Stevie Wonder's song Is not She Lovely. This is why his band broke up. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the group that was to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. The group's creation began in 2010, and the five members were supported by Simon Cowell. During the competition the band played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group was one of the contenders to be the winner. The band was in the third spot just behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle which took home the prize. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell nevertheless paid 2 million pounds to One Direction for them to agree to a contract with Syco.
