Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on the 13th of February, 1979) is an American fashion designer, actress and model. Soon after her first job as a model she soon transitioned into acting after appearing in guest roles on 1990's programs on television like Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997 she made her acting debut as an actor in the film Nowhere. The performances she made were in American Beauty, for which she received a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie attracted a lot of attention. The actress has appeared in American Pie's co-star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) as well as the role of lead for the film Sugar & Spice (2001). In 2002, she starred in Spun the drama by an independent company and the 2004 thriller Trauma. In addition, she was a part of the HBO series Six Feet Under. The series was on in 2004.
