Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born on October 28, 1967, at Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was one of the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. Her father was a theatre enthusiast since a young age. While a student at Emory University he appeared in numerous productions in and outside of campus. He joined the Air Force. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a play with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was a student at Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana following his departure from the Air Force in 1957. Walter joined Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio at the time the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur, Georgia in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of the local Sunday morning show for children, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They also established the six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later that same year. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) and Julia (also called Julie) at the time.
