Kari Samantha Wuhrer (born on April 28 1997) is an American performer and actress. Wuhrer began her career as she was in her teens. She is best known for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well as Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the thriller-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble who was employed as a pay clerk as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She is the mother of three siblings and brothers. When she was young She sang in nightclubs and slipped out to perform. She studied acting from the age of 13 at the Wooster School. She then pursued drama at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts alongside renowned teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer, a model from Connecticut is an American actor, model and singer. Kari was introduced to acting when she was 13 and got her breakthrough in 1987 when she appeared on MTV Remote Control.
